1. Operator and acceptance
Motryon is operated by MECABOTIC SpA. By using the website or platform, the user agrees to these terms and applicable commercial conditions.
2. Authorized use
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, respect assigned permissions, and avoid unauthorized access, interference, automated abuse, or illegal content.
3. Workshop responsibility
Each workshop is responsible for its users, operational data, legal basis for customer information, and configuration decisions.
4. Availability and changes
Motryon may evolve features, security controls, and infrastructure. Planned or emergency maintenance may affect availability.
5. Plans, payments and taxes
Plans published on the website can be purchased online, and their prices, limits and billing cycle are the ones shown at the time of purchase. Published prices are stated in Chilean pesos and are net: value added tax is added to the charged total and itemised before the purchase is confirmed.
Online purchases may be monthly or annual. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle, charged to the registered payment method, until the workshop administrator cancels it. Access begins once payment is confirmed; there is no paid trial period, because the demonstration environment allows evaluating the product at no cost and without registering a payment method.
Payments are processed by an authorised external provider. Motryon does not store card details. A price change does not affect active subscriptions during their current cycle and will be announced before it applies at renewal.
If a charge fails, the workshop administrator is notified and the payment provider retries it. Once the notified grace period elapses without regularisation, access may be suspended. Suspension does not delete the workshop information, which remains available for the retention periods described in these terms and in the privacy policy, and access is restored once payment is regularised.
Cancellation may be requested at any time and takes effect at the end of the cycle already paid, without pro rata refunds of periods in progress, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
The software, brand, design, and website content remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
