1. Submit a request
Send the request to info@motryon.com from the email associated with the account and identify the workshop and requested scope.
2. Verification
Motryon may request information needed to verify identity, authority, and relationship with the relevant workshop before acting.
3. Processing
Depending on legal and contractual duties, data may be deleted, anonymized, exported, or retained for a limited period in protected backups and audit records.
4. Google access
Revoking Google access prevents future sign-in but does not automatically delete an authorized Motryon account. A deletion request must still be submitted when required.
